But here's the BASICS:
The 'make up' of metal is is that the molecules are ROUND, but become 'elongated', or 'football' shaped when the metal is damaged (or stretched). This is why when using P.D.R. (we're SLOWLY pushing the metal upwards).
This slow, methodical process, allows those molecules to consistently be forced (compacted) back to their original shape. That's NOT happening when you then 'STRETCH' the metal even FURTHER with lateral pulling! Today's metal, is a SPRING STEAL and has 'MEMORY'! (ever have a large soft dent), and hit from the backside, and sometimes the ENTIRE dent 'POPS' OUT??!
THIS IS THE 'MEMORY' OF THE METAL SHOWING US, IT WANTS TO RETURN TO ITS ORIGINAL SHAPE!!
